A family-run restaurant in California is closing after settling a discrimination lawsuit over its “Ladies’ Night” event, which featured discounted drinks for women. Hundreds of similar lawsuits have been filed, accusing businesses of illegally discriminating against men by offering promotions that don’t apply to them.
